Bradenton

Historic Florida charm flourishes in this upscale community

Welcome to Bradenton

Located just south of Tampa on the picturesque Manatee River is Bradenton, a historic city with a bustling community promising growth and innovation. A drive through Bradenton’s downtown feels like stepping back in time, as its walkable streets are filled with a mixture of culture, art, and history. Many older, well-established neighborhoods are found throughout Bradenton and feature various architectural designs, from Mediterranean and Spanish styles to homes with traditional terracotta roofs and brightly colored stucco. Recently renovated homes have classic colonial plantation styles with large columns and arched windows.

One of the greatest things about Bradenton's dining options is the variety that is offered, no matter where you are dining. If you are looking for fine dining out on the water, visit PIER 22. Here, you’ll enjoy all the fresh seafood you could want and more, including sushi.
