Join in on the fun of this extra-special Sensory-Friendly Halloween experience. Designed to be accessible and inclusive for those who prefer a less stimulating environment, this special hour includes the thrills of Boo! at the Bay – with reduced crowds, noises, and surprises.
Activities include trick-or-treating, free pumpkin pickings, yard games, a not-so-spooky decorated trail and more! Costumes are encouraged (but are not required). A quiet room will be available. (If desired, a family-friendly Halloween-Themed outdoor movie double feature begins at 7pm in The Oval.)
Advanced registration required. Pumpkins are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Trick-or-treat candy available in the park by members of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation team.

As we transition into fall we wanted to take a quick look back at an interesting summer in Sarasota Real Estate. Coming out of 3 intense, record-breaking years, the real estate markets nationally and locally were going to slow down at some point. Many key statistics have normalized, but Florida and in particular Sarasota, continue to be busy markets due to high buyer demand. After hitting a record low inventory in February 2022, the local inventory numbers have risen steadily, yet are still over 1,000 listings short of the 2019 numbers.
