Nessy’s passion for real estate began early - purchasing her first home at 18 and flipping her first property by 20. Over the years, she’s continued to buy, sell, and manage her own properties, giving her a deep, personal understanding of what it means to navigate real estate both as an investor and a homeowner.
Her professional background spans over 25 years as a Senior Human Resources leader in the Retail, Hospitality, and Sports & Entertainment industries. Throughout her career, Nessy has been known for her ability to listen, problem-solve, and create exceptional experiences - skills that directly translate into how she supports her clients today.
Born and raised in Hawaii, now living in San Diego, Nessy’s approach is both thoughtful and grounded. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her dancing Hula or Tahitian, learning Māori songs, baking something delicious, tending to her garden, or spending quiet time with a good book.
